Dublin Mercantile Blending Co. were inspired by the great Whiskey Blenders in Dublin in the early 1900s. Brought to you by Master Distiller and Whisky Hall of Fame Inductee, Noel Sweeney, this blend marries sweet sherry matured malt with smooth silky grain whiskey, which are then matured and finished in cognac and sherry casks.
