Let There Be Stout and Whiskey?

Freshly disgorged Single Malt casks were filled with the award winning O’Haras Imperial Stout, imparting the stouts wonderful rich flavours into the wood. We then refill these seasoned casks with our blend of Irish Malt, Wheat, and Grain whiskeys which bestow deeper notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs.

A straight up dry Irish stout. Formed with roasted barley, chocolate malt and Irish grown and malted pale barley. A round medium body with hints of espresso and chocolate.
