Red Spot Single Pot Still Irish whiskey has matured for over 15 years in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Spanish Sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks, all contributing rich and complex flavours, making it the top spot in the range. The Red Spot name originated from the Mitchell family's practice of marking casks of different ages with a spot of coloured paint.

Blue Spot from the Mitchell & Sons Spot Range is a single pot still which is matured for at least seven years in Bourbon barrels, Sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks. Non chill filtered and bottled at cask strength 58.9%

Yellow Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey which forms part of the now infamous Spot range of whiskeys from Mitchell & Son wine merchants. The Spot whiskeys are made using a combination of malted and unmalted barley in traditional copper pot stills. Yellow Spot is matured for a minimum of 12 years in bourbon casks, sherry butts and Malaga casks to create a superbly complex whiskey.
