Redbreast Moscatel Edition is the fifth entry in the famed Redbreast Iberian Series which celebrates Gilbey’s sherry history with a series of release across the Iberian Peninsula. Redbreast Moscatel Edition uses moscatel wine casks from the hills of Malaga to finish the signature Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. The wine is aged in American Oak for 24 months before being transferred to Midelton Distillery for where Redbreast Moscatel Edition has been maturing in since 2024.
