Roe & Co Flor Single Grain

Presenting Roe & Co Flor Single Grain Expression, the inaugural permanent single grain offering from Roe & Co, drawing inspiration from the traditional biological cask maturation of fortified wines from Spain’s Jerez region. This expression is aged for 14 years and finished in Amontillado and Fino sherry wine casks. The result is a meticulously crafted Irish whiskey characterized by a delicate flavor profile with hints of nuts, citrus, and orchard fruits. The Veil de Flor, or Flor, refers to a thin layer of naturally occurring yeast that develops on top of these biologically aged wines during their time in the cask.
