Tomásín bourbon cask is an introduction to our single pot still whiskeys. This unique pot still whiskey is named after the home of our headqaurters in Choill Mhic Thomásín (Kilmacthomas) , Co. Waterford. The single cask is another step in the journey to creating our own signature pot still whiskey, using the cask styles we have worked with so far in all of our previous releases.
