Limited to 120 bottles. Matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon casks for 3 years. Transferred to our ex-Pedro Ximénez cask #14405. Distilled in 2016 at Great Northern Distillery, County Louth.

Tomásín PX cask is an introduction to our single pot still whiskeys. This unique pot still whiskey is named after the home of our headquarters in Choill Mhic Thomásín (Kilmacthomas), Co. Waterford. This single cask is another step in the journey to creating our own signature pot still whiskey, using the cask styles we have worked with so far in all our previous releases.
