Triple distilled, aged and bottled by West Cork Distillers, this 7 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is initially matured in first fill Bodega Oloroso Sherry casks for four years, then aged a further three years in first fill bourbon casks and bottled on site with no colour added and non-chill filtered.
