Pom’O, Roe & Co Cask Matured Limited Edition

This port is part of an exclusive pairing between Roe & Coe and Killahora orchards. The Pom’O is an apple aperitif made from rare apple varieties, grown in Killahora’s 200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of County Cork. The juice is mixed with bittersweet apples and the finest apple brandy, then aged in Irish whiskey barrels for at least a year.
