Xin Gin Bundle

A 500ml bottle of Xin Gin and a complimentary bespoke Xin Gin chocolate bar. In collaboration with The Proper Chocolate Company, Ahascragh Distillery have created a unique gin chocolate experience. The Proper Chocolate Company are one of few Bean-to-Bar chocolate makers in Ireland. They have paired the elegant Xin Gin with the bold single estate Costa Rican Nahua cocoa bean. Rather than using artificial flavours or syrups to recreate the exotic taste of Xin Gin, the cocoa beans have been infused in the spirit itself to create something very special.

Meaning ‘heart’ in Mandarin, Xin Gin is a juniper-led dry gin with fresh notes of orange zest and lemongrass, held by earthy, herbaceous undertones of dill and cinnamon spice.

Clan Colla 20 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This fine 20 Year Old Malt  from Ahascragh Distillery was double distilled in 2001. A single cask release of just 300 bottles at cask strength makes this a special expression to add to our Family Bond series of sourced whiskeys. It has been carefully matured for 19 long years in American Bourbon Barrels and finished for one more year in Italian Amarone casks.
Time spent in the Bourbon Barrels lays down flavours that have become the signatures of Irish Whiskey. A perfect harmony of honeycomb, vanilla and caramel. Finishing in the Amarone cask elevates this remarkable whiskey to new heights of texture and flavour. Red fruits, milk chocolate and nutmeg explode on the palate and lead to a lasting, velvet finish.

Uais Irish Whiskey

A unique fusion of Pot Still, Single Malt & Grain Whiskeys, aged in Ex-Bourbon & Virgin Oak casks from Ahascragh Distillery.
This whiskey is named for Cairel Colla Uais: one of the famed Three Collas, brothers who once ruled ancient Ireland. Against tradition Uais overthrew the sitting monarch and ruled as High King for four short but glorious years.
It is in that spirit that we present UAIS: A whiskey that honours the past but moves in bold new directions, presenting opportunities for new ideas, new flavours and new traditions.
