This whiskey was selected from the aging single malt section of Two Stacks bonded warehouse, and spent over 6 years in a single Bourbon cask, before being transferred over to a fresh PX sherry cask for up to 6 months of a finish to encompass a rich and popular style of Irish Whiskey. The double distillation leans in beautifully to the PX Sherry finish allowing everything you would expect from a Two Stacks & Irish Malts collaboration, It is our first collaboration with Irish Malts and single cask release of 2023.

A 10% bourbon barrel aged GND peated malt as the base from which this whiskey was built on. The addition of 50% Oloroso cask aged triple malt provides those characteristically richer, sweeter notes while the 40% bourbon cask aged double distilled malt allows those heavier malty biscuit notes to shine through beautifully. A delicious vatting of peated, double and triple distilled malt, delivering a rich combination of sweat smoke and spiced vanilla honey. Non-chill filtered and without added colouring.
