Roe & Co 2021 Cask Strength is the latest release from the team at Roe & Co. This 13-year-old single grain whiskey is the third release in Roe & Co’s Cask Strength series. A new premium Single Grain whiskey that delves deep into the influence of American Oak casks and their influence on the spirit. Matured for most of its lifetime in ex-bourbon casks, this whiskey is then finished in heavily charred New Oak casks, heat treated to such an extent the wood resembles the texture and graphic of that similar to the skin of an alligator.
With a line of innovations from the brand since its inception in 2017, the team at Roe & Co have continued to explore the boundaries of the Irish Whiskey category, as they work to heighten our senses with the whiskey and passion they have at hand!

| NOSE | The journey explores a nose of smoky vanilla pods, wood spice, hints of toffee sweetness, cacao nubs, coconut husk and leather jackets. Ripe fruit (pear and banana) and lotus biscuit spice, with sweetness breaking through praline and ice-cream. |

| PALATE | Wood influence, Jamaican gingerbread and with a creamy sweet texture that’s slightly drying. On the first taste we find vanilla, cinnamon spice and panna cotta, with deeper hints to white chocolate, marzipan and cassia. |
| FINISH | Medium dry finish, with white pepper and hints of chilli heat. Leaving you with a warming balance of sweetness and wood spice, with damp oak, clotted cream and festive baking spices. The Alligator char casks used during finishing impart a complexity and depth of flavour notes throughout. We hope you enjoy. |
