It undergoes a maturation process of 45 months, followed by an additional minimum of 3 months in ex-Sangiovese casks sourced from Italy’s Lazio region. This whiskey offers a wonderfully sweet flavor profile, featuring notes of ripe blackberry, honey, and a touch of tartness accompanied by a hint of pepper spice.
