Method and Madness exemplify Irish Distillers’ ongoing dedication to experimentation and innovation at the Midleton Distillery. The Single Grain Irish Whiskey, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, is finished for a year in toasted virgin Spanish oak sourced from Galicia. This process imparts “complexity, cask character, and a spicy note” to the whiskey.
