Fidelitas 2025 Limited Edition 5 Year Old Single Malt Bourbon Cask was bottled to honour the history of the St. Mary’s College past pupils’ union. This inaugural release marks a new tradition – celebrating those who’ve walked the corridors, worn the colours, and carried the school spirit with them long after leaving its gates. Aged for five years in bourbon casks, this Irish single malt begins with smooth notes of vanilla and honeyed grain. As it unfolds, layers of ripe orchard fruit and warm oak emerge, delivering a rounded, spirited profile full of depth and character. All proceeds from this limited- edition bottle support Union events, initiatives, and charities- backing the community thats always backed each other.
