Hyde Year of the Horse is Hyde’s master blender’s reserve Irish Whiskey celebrating The year of the Horse Small batched from an eight year single grain married with a very special reserve single malt Irish Whiskey.

Originally matured in flame  charred, first fill, ex-bourbon Kentucky oak casks; then finished in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. A distinctive, full bodied  malty aroma with nutty sweet vanilla and nutmeg notes. A perfect balance of creamy, spicy, oak tannins with a long lingering, smooth, buttery finish.
