Barr an Uisce 1803 10 Year Old

Barr an Uisce 1803 Single Malt has spent 10 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. ‘Barr an Uisce’ translates in English to ‘above the water’ which is the same name as the townland of Barraniskey in Co. Wicklow. Below this townland lies the village of Redcross, where the Barr an Uisce story began. The founder, Ian Jones, has a long family history in the industry dating back to the times of horse and carts in Ireland. Ian’s grandfather had a pub in the village that was a major pitstop for country folk on their then lengthy journeys to Dublin.
