This is a 12 year old single malt personally sourced by Sam and Maudleine Black. Non Chill filtered and bottled at 46% for a rich flavour. Blacks also wanted to get hold of some fresh Irish whiskey casks to mature their Irish rum in, to add another level of complexity and uniqueness to it. Blacks brewery and distillery already make an array of beers, gin and Irelands first rum. Whiskey production will be starting in early 2019.
