The first whiskey to be distilled in Mayo in over 150 years, this small batch, hand crafted 4 year old Single Malt is aged in ex Bourbon casks, before being finished off in Sherry casks. This whiskey is bursting with flavours of dried fruits, vanilla and nuttiness for a warming, full bodied experience.
Batch One is the first of many whiskeys to come off the copper pot stills of the Connacht Distillery.
