Dingle Sons & Daughters Cask 2419

Dingle Sons & Daughters Cask 2419 yielded 40 bottles. The cask owner has kept 25 bottles (as would we) leaving 15 bottles for the open market. This cask was laid down in December 2015 and bottled in August 2019. For the Sons & Daughters program, Dingle sourced Virgin European Oak casks that were heavily charred by the cooper for flavour. The 25 litre casks were seasoned three times with Dingle single malt spirit in order to balance out the wonderful flavour that comes from the Virgin Oak.
