This new release was originally sourced from another distillery, move into a sherry cask for a special finish. Bottled at 55%, this unique whiskey is non chill filtered and lovingly balanced.

| NOSE | Milk and dark orange chocolate, butter caramel, and stewed fruit cake, the dark kind, think dates, figs and cherries, stewed in caramelised muscovado sugar and splashings of sherry. |

| PALATE | The initial burst of stewed candied fruits, plums, dates, raisins and cherries, is enveloped by an embrace of very ripe Christmas pudding. Dark treacle molasses, an array of Christmas spices, walnuts, hazelnuts, and medium roast coffee beans latte all held in perfect balance with clean malt tones, oak tannin, and a final glorious crescendo of old world leather and rich rolled tobacco. |
