J.J. Corry and Irishmalts – The Cyber Monday

The Cyber Monday is a continuation of our collaborations with J.J. Corry. This year we have teamed up again with an exclusive release of this 20 Year Old Single Malt. This 200 bottle Limited Edition release is a vatting of two Bourbon casks distilled in 2001, marrying the liquids to create a complex Single Malt. Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a real fruit bomb of a whiskey. There is a huge amount of soft sweet fruits – some apricot, juicy melon, fresh fig, and a little apple on the palate. The finish is superb with rich apple and toffee lingering, it is rewarding, subtle and long.
