Spade and Bushel 5 Year Old Amarone

After initially maturing in premium select bourbon casks for 3 years, Spade & Bushel Single Malt Irish Whiskey has been finished in Amarone wine casks sourced from an artisan producer of this iconic Italian red wine, with partially-dried Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes. The period of secondary maturation is carefully monitored to ensure a perfect balance is struck between the Amarone casks and the intrinsic sweet-fruity character of Spade & Bushel Single Malt Irish Whiskey. This is a limited edition of 1400 bottles.
