Two Stacks Smoke & Mirrors Imperial PX Finish, Single Malt Whiskey

The second in a series collaboration of Dot Irish brewery & Two Stacks whiskey. This particular whiskey was given a finish in a PX sherry barrel that previously held an Imperial Milk Stout. The notes of the sherry barrel harmonize perfectly with the Imperial Milk Stout that was present in the beer; and the peated single malt whiskey that was matured in the sherry barrel for 8 months.

This special bottling was bottled at 56% and is limited to 282 bottles. The whiskey is not colored and not chill-filtered.
