Waterford Single Malt Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2

74.95

Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2 is distilled from barley grown by David Walsh-Kemmis west of the Barrow in Co. Laois in the barley heartlands, where his fertile fields are sheltered by ancient woodland. The complex flavours of single malt are shaped by the place where barley grows, by the soils that nourish its roots, by the environment in which it is produced, by the microclimate in which it ripens. By terroir. Every bottle features its own TÉIREOIR code, which once entered on the Waterford website reveals a host of engaging content related to the release.

Bottled at 50% ABV without colouring, chill-filtration or any additives.
