Bannow Island Edition 1.1: one of the first two Single Farm Origin releases from Waterford Distillery. Distilled from barley grown by Ed Harpur on the southern coast of Co. Wexford, where salt-laden Atlantic winds and sandy soils create a unique terroir. The complex flavours of single malt are shaped by the place where barley grows, by the soils that nourish its roots, by the environment in which it is produced, by the microclimate in which it ripens.
