W.D. O Connell PX Series 18 Year Old Cask Strength

The first cask strength whiskey from the W.D. O’Connell PX range, showcasing the continued progression of their limited series of Pedro Ximénez influenced single malt whiskeys. 18-year old single malt whiskey was double distilled at Cooley Distillery and initially matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels for 17 years. A small batch was taken and aged for a further 13 months in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. The result is a rich, full-bodied single malt. A single cask release limited to 363 bottles.
