The highly anticipated second single pot still release from Dinlge distillery in Co. Kerry. The new expression is the fifth small release whiskey to emerge from the distillery since it opened in 2012. The spirit was matured in 70% bourbon, 15% oloroso sherry and 15% Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The blend results in a remarkable complexity.
