Thomond Gate Whiskey and Western Herd first collaboration. It is intensely flavoured, dark, with lots of chocolate, coffee and dried dark fruits, which perfectly compliments the characteristics of Irish Pot Still whiskey. This is a limited release with non-chill filtration and a natural colour. Each bottle has been hand filled, labelled and adorned with a unique coin engraved with the individual bottle number.
