One of only two inaugural whiskey releases from the Old Carrick Mill distillery in Carrickmacross, Co.Monaghan.
Fully matured in a Barton & Guestier Red Wine barrel and bottled at a strength of 46%. A four-year-old Irish whiskey that has matured quite well thanks to the special red wine barrel maturation. This Cask was hand-selected for its deeper color and dark red fruit notes to show off its Cask-proof bottling. Less than 500 bottles were produced from this single wine cask
