Achill Island Single Pot Still 2023 Special Edition

Following on from their 3 Single Malt releases (Achill Island Single Malt Bourbon Cask, Achill Island Single Malt Bordeaux Cask & Achill Island Peated Cask Strength 60%) Achill Island Distillery have released a special 2023 Edition Single Pot Still Whiskey. This Special 2023 Edition is the first Single Pot Still Whiskey from Achill Island Distillery. Distilled matured and bottled on Achill Island, this is Ireland’s first Island Pot Still Whiskey. It has been aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. A limited release of only 1,000 bottles, non-chill filtered and bottled at 47% ABV.
