As part of Carryout’s 20th anniversary, they have teamed up with the guys at Two Stacks to create this delightful single grain pear cask whiskey. It boasts a decadently creamy texture that beautifully showcases the quality of the distillate, which has been carefully refined over the years. Spent 20 odd years in first fill bourbon (Wild Turkey) and 6 months in pear brandy which is made at the Gallo Wine Estate in California.
