The Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Marsala Finish is part of the new ‘Cask Finish Series’. This single malt is non-chill filtered, triple distilled and aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Marco de Bartoli casks. The result is a light, fruity whiskey with a gorgeous fruit and dry oak finish. Limited to just 2040 bottles.

The Knappogue Castle Château Pichon Baron is another addition to the Knappogue Castle Cask Series, in which single malts are finished in premium wine casks. This limited release has been matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years before finishing in Pichon Baron from renowned Bordeaux winery. This has been made from malted barley and is distilled in copper pot stills. A soft and light profile with fruity notes of citrus, toasted nuts and spices: notes of vanilla and mocha.
