The Project Wingman Bird Feeder

Nose

A complex spicy and fruity aroma with toasted wood notes evident.

Taste

Full flavoured and complex; silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes.

Finish

Satisfyingly long, the complex flavours linger on the palate.

Midleton Very Rare 2021

Nose

Opens with a delicate floral perfume followed by roasted coffee beans, salted caramel and honeycomb coming to the fore. 

Taste

Baked orchard fruits with a touch of lime zest and kiwi. Mild pot still spices along with soft waves of vanilla, sweet coffee liqueur and cocoa powder. 

Finish

Lingering finish with the pot still spices and soft fruits fading, allowing the oak to have the final say, highlighting the years of maturation.

Jameson Black Barrel Proof

Nose

A butterscotch sweetness and creamy, toffee, fudge aroma.

Taste

Rich smooth taste with a deep intensity and dialed up spicy notes, complemented by vanilla sweetness.

Finish

A smooth and rich finish with a hint of vanilla lingering on the palate.
