Inspired by Killowen’s ancient Mourne Mountain home and the hills & peaks that shape our land; this unique wood seasoning experiment combines our historic mashbill poitín with five distinctive beers from Ireland’s bygone Cúige (provinces), to create a limited series that celebrates the unrivalled spirit of Ireland — in more ways than one.

Each stunning collection includes a bespoke engraved barrel stave.
