A 10% bourbon barrel aged GND peated malt as the base from which this whiskey was built on. The addition of 50% Oloroso cask aged triple malt provides those characteristically richer, sweeter notes while the 40% bourbon cask aged double distilled malt allows those heavier malty biscuit notes to shine through beautifully. A delicious vatting of peated, double and triple distilled malt, delivering a rich combination of sweat smoke and spiced vanilla honey. Non-chill filtered and without added colouring.

Two Stacks has begun their exploration of the new Polaris range with a 9-year old Irish single malt aged in a first fill ex-bourbon barrel before a final 6-month finish in ex-Cabernet Franc Red Ice Wine cask from the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada. Presented at cask strength, this unique bottling of Red Ice Wine finished Single Malt, a first in the Irish whiskey space has imparted rich flavours of cherry, plum, and strawberry with a soft texture hinting at a whiskey with greater maturity than its years would suggest.

Merging the world of craft beer and whiskey by selecting an ex-bourbon barrel previously playing host to one of Dots delicious Imperial Milk Stouts; amplifying those deep sweet coco notes and rich malty textures found in Smoke & Mirrors!
Each bottle of the Smoke & Mirrors – Imperial Coffee Finish has been hand-filled at 56% ABV and produced 282 bottles total, proudly offering non-chill filter or any added colouring.
Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Cask Single Malt is like no other. An interesting combination consisting of 10% double malt and 30% triple peated malt, both matured in ex-bourbon, 60% triple distilled malt aged in ex bourbon and ex imperial stout casks. The result is a soft, rich whiskey with sweet notes of smoked chocolate. Colour free and non-chill filtered.
The Blenders Cut – Barbados Rum Cask Strength is a premium cask strength whiskey that boasts an ABV at 63.5%. It takes our original complex blend of single pot still, double and peated malt, light and dark grain whiskey aged for 90 days in plantation rum casks, The whiskey is non-chill-filtered with no added colouring before being hand-bottled.
