Green Spot has been in continuous production now for almost 100 years. It somehow survived the Irish war of independence and the Irish civil war. This has to say something? A combination of malted and unmalted barley that has aged from 7-10 years in a combination of new and re-fill bourbon casks and sherry casks. Most probably the King of single pot still whiskeys.

|Nose||Fresh aromatic fruits and oils, paired with malt and sweet barley. The contribution of Sherry casks is more than present.|
|Palate||A sensuous spicy body with fruity notes of green apples, pears and apricot, rounded with the presence of mellow grain and coconut.|
|Finish||A moderate length finish that brings out some vanilla and cream with some undertones of spice.|
