A soft, fresh Sauvignon from just north of Carcassonne, made from fruit grown on cool, deep soils. Aromas of box and citrus lead to a refined assembly of herbaceous and green fruit flavours, with the typical verve of the variety but also a dollop of Cabardès sunshine to keep the style easy-going.
