Tipperary Fairy Tree Gin

Tipperary Boutique Distillery is proud to present their new Summer Gin ‘The Fairy Tree’ which was launched recently at Whiskey Live 2022. Distilled in their own distillery at the Farm at Ballindoney, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary this exceptional gin also contains their own homegrown barley and leaves from the Hawthorn trees of the hedgerows which surround the land. Combined with traditional Gin botanicals, the result of the addition of their barley and the Hawthorn leaves is a sweet nutty gin which finishes on a pleasant and unique ‘green’ note. Mixed with traditional tonic, ice and citrus (e.g. lemon, lime, grapefruit) this makes for the perfectly crisp Gin and Tonic whilst maker Jennifer Nickerson also advises that the Fairy Tree Gin can be enjoyed with more unusual flavours like the floral, herby and fruity notes in Thomas Henry’s Botanical Tonic.
