Fercullen 15 Year Old Single Grain

Fercullen 15 year old Irish whiskey is distilled from a mash of corn and malt and initially matured for 15 years in high quality, first-fill ex bourbon barrels. Some of this whiskey is then finished in second-fill Madeira casks to impart a depth of flavour and dried fruit spice. Bottled at 41.5% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this whiskey is the perfect step up into the aged category for the discerning whiskey drinker.

Fercullen 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The oldest expression yet to be released by Powerscourt Distillery. This will become an exclusive annual release with the vintage prominent on the label. This whiskey is a marriage of bourbon barrel matured whiskeys and a selection of Spanish Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximines finished whiskeys. Taking inspiration from the atmospheric bodegas of the Andalusian region of Spain, the distillery team have combined the distinctive dark fruit sherried flavours of the region with the soft elegance of 21 year old bourbon matured malt whiskey.

Fercullen Falls Blended Irish Whiskey

Fercullen Falls is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, with a high malt content highlighting the unique style of the Powerscourt Distillery. A 50/50 blend, the malt whiskey has matured in first-fill, ex-bourbon barrels and the grain in a combination of ex-bourbon and new heavy char oak casks. With this release, The Powerscourt Distillery is herald­ing the start of a new era for the Distillery, with the inclusion of its own distilled whiskeys for the first time.The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV, and with its higher than standard malt whiskey blend, is perfect for enjoy­ing straight or as a base for your favourite cocktail.

The eagerly anticipated new addition to the “Five Elements” series is a limited edition 20-year-old single malt Fercullen is here! Following the glowing reception and success of the 2020 release of the first “Five Elements” 18YO malt, Master Distiller Noel Sweeney has unveiled his latest expression of the “Five Elements” series, limited to just 1,500 bottles. This 20-year-old Single Malt whiskey is a marriage of 5 different cask styles, expertly combined by Noel Sweeney to form a genuinely complex and distinctive whiskey. Noel’s legendary experience has been applied to ensure that different proportions of each style lend balance and expression to each of the Five Elements within this 20YO Single Malt Irish Whiskey.

16-year-old bourbon barrel matured malt whiskey has been finished for four years in a variety of Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez, Marsala and Muscatel casks, before marrying with 20-year-old Bourbon matured Single Malt. Five styles expertly combined by a Master’s touch, producing a symphony of flavour in this rare and inimitable Single Malt Irish Whiskey.

Fercullen Single Grain Amarone Limited Release

The Fercullen’ Mill House’ Single Grain Amarone finish is a marriage of single grain whiskeys produced in 2010, 2011 and 2012 by Powerscourt’s Master Distiller and Master Blender, Noel Sweeney. This Single Grain Irish whiskey was initially matured in first fill ex bourbon barrels, before finishing in premium Italian Amarone casks for 18 months. This allows the whiskey to reach an optimum mellow combination of grain, bourbon, oak and Amarone.

Non chill filtered with natural colour and bottled at 46%, this Single Grain Irish whiskey is set to excite with its depth of flavour and complexity of taste. This first in the Estate Series, it is named to give a nod of respect to their brand home – the near-300-year-old mill house built from Wicklow granite and the distillery buildings’ historical anchor.
