Baoilleach Distillery is an 1880’s farm cottage, located in the hills of Donegal, overlooking Mulroy Bay and the Wild Atlantic.

Inspired by ould Donegal Poitín making and standing tall on the traditional principles of using Direct Fire, Copper Stills, Open Top Fermentation and Small Batches, we endeavour to marry the old ways with the new. Our ethos is to create new flavours and tastes, hand crafting each batch and adding to the story of Donegal Distilling.
