Tasting Notes

NOSE	Very elegant aromas of oat porridge! Sweet, complex, spicy (indication of the use of unmalted grains).
PALATE	On the palate it is dangerously smooth, creamy, and lingering. The Millard Reaction gives a beautiful skeleton to other flavors to shine.
FINISH	Mocha and burnt toffee linger on the finish.
