Killara Tasmanian Single Cask Single Malt Whisky 50%

Killara Distillery was established in 2016 and is the first Australian Distillery to be owned and operated by a second generation Australian distiller, and a female! Established by Kristy Lark who has over 20 years’ experience in the distilling industry.

You can expect a smooth, rich whisky with hints of warming spice, dried fruits and malt that finishes with long, mellow, full mouth coverage.

Local water and Tasmanian barley have been distilled in small batches, then quietly matured in oak casks to produce this special whisky.
